Job Description:
• Filing system both soft and hard copy.
• Current document filing by appropriate labeling and coding.
• Classify all the documents from Aii, AIS and MJQE to easily accessible when needed.
• Combining yearly memo and announcement.
• Newspaper arrangement.
• Help arrange school events arrangement.
• New term preparation.
• Scan and copy documents including letter to parents, announcement and others.
• Entering data into the system including student opinion survey, student’s application form.
• Process documents for relevant department.
• Regularly posting announcement, memo, poster and other school information on the bulletin board and remove them when expired.
• Process in-and-out documents to relevant departments.
• Help organize events and protocol either inside or outside the school.
• Stamping all documents including letter to parents, certificates and other official documents.
• Other tasks assigned by Assistant Administration Manager (AAM).
Job Requirements:
• High School or University Degree in any field.
• Be flexible to work under various circumstances.
• Administrative and Organizational Skills.
• Be able to use office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail.
