Job Desciption:

• Track on To do lists and task lists.
• Schedule appointments and set meeting schedules.
• Cooperate with the heads of departments. 
• Follow up on the assigned tasks from President.
• To organize documents.
• To arrange agenda for meetings.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
• Arrange Campus visit, site visit and meeting internal and external.
• Maintaining records and files.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
• Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
• Handle information requests.
• Prepare statistical reports.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Coordinates with office arrangement
• Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
• Maintain office procedures.
• Coordinate committees and task forces.
• Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
• To make operations run smoothly.
• Other duties are as assigned.
• Other tasks are assigned by President.

 

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in Education or equivalent.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative. 
• Ability to patiently work with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views.
• Ability to calmly manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite and proficient with social media.
• Ability to understand and keep within a budget.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Presentation Skills.
• Self-Confidence.
• Skill in client relationships.
• Skill in written Communication.
• Has strong decision making.
