Job Description

. Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and objectives
. Coordinate and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
. Identify and vet potential KOLs based on their relevance to the target audience and brand values
. Build and maintain relationships with External KOLs to secure their participation in campaigns
. Develop and manage KOL briefs, outlining campaign objectives, expectations, and deliverables
. Manage the production of KOL-generated content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
. Negotiate and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring the best possible value for clients’ budgets
. Track and report on ad spend and campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs)
. Track and measure the performance of Internal KOL campaigns to assess their effectiveness
. Stay up-to-date on the latest KOL marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution
. Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends, technologies, and best practices
. Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners
. Contribute to the development and implementation of the agency’s overall media strategy.

Job Requirements:

. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any closely related fields
. At 5+ years of experience in media planning, agency, advertising.
. Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns
. Expertise in various media channels, including traditional, digital, and social media
. Experience working with KOLs and influencer marketing campaigns
. Strong negotiation and communication skills
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
