Job Description:
• Compile and consolidate statistics of test takers, visitors’ inquiries from all campuses on a daily and monthly and termly basis, and distribute reports to management via email.
• Input, maintain, and update customer data within the information office database for tracking, monitoring, and analytical purpose.
• Maintain data quality by creating, managing, and cleaning databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information
• Consolidates and analyzes termly reports submitted by the Administrative Office across campuses to support operational review and continuous improvement.
• Interpret data trends and generate analytical reports to support managerial decision-making.
• Collect customer feedback and survey data from all service counters across campuses and analyze levels of satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
• Analyze student satisfaction survey results and provide insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with management to understand organizational data analysis needs and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily statistical reports on customer inquiries and service activities.
• Prepare and submit daily student enrollment reports within the required reporting timeline.
• Provide data-related support and respond to inquiries within the Parent App Support Group.
• Perform additional reporting and analytical tasks as assigned by management.
• Support the operation, updating, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, particularly for student opinion surveys and data analysis for both schools.
• Provide effective administrative services by ensuring accurate, timely data analysis is provided to management and that all records are properly archived.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative operations, data analysis, or process improvement roles.
• Experience handling administrative functions within a school or education environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar dashboard systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Be able to make resource allocation and leading dynamic team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
