• Update org. chart
• Be effective of Daily Operation -- Observation, assessment and analyze to make sure that all staff work on their JD productively.
• Update news and other memo -- news from Senior Management, General Committee, Campus Directors, Head Principals, CBC, memo, Telegram and other reminders to make sure all subordinators are well rounded.
• Observe and evaluate Staff Performance -- character & mental attitude, knowledge & skills, target performance of staff to maintain staff productivities and effectiveness.
• Get information -- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Make decisions and solving problems -- analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Communicate with senior supervisor, supervisors, peers, or subordinates -- providing information to senior supervisor, supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telegram, telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Work closely with manager to ensure the daily operations go smoothly.
• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships -- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
• Coordinate the work and activities of others -- getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
• Counsel employees about their performance, determine whether additional training is required or, if necessary, terminate the employee.
• Interact with relevant departments to maintain effective administrative work flow.
• Interview applicants, train new employees and prepare performance reviews.
• Plan staff’s schedule and keep track of their attendance
• Release daily work project to senior supervisor and supervisors
• Investigate the complaints and takes steps to ensure that the problems will not recur.
• Regularly do round to check staff performance at all campuses.
• Report to manager, Operations Manager, Senior Management and Chairman.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Management or closely related fields
• Knowledge of School Safety
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Information technology skills
• Good presentation skills.
