Job Description:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operations across different departments as assigned
• Support teams in research, data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions
• Contribute to special projects or campaigns as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while learning and adapting
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
Duties Specific to Marketing Department:
• Assist in creating digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
• Support video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
• Help manage content calendars and brainstorm creative ideas for engagement
• Conduct basic research to support content development
• Ensure all media assets are organized and archived properly
• Collaborate with team members on branding and content strategies.
Job Requirements:
• Year 2 or up in the University
• Good command in English and in Khmer.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• No prior experience required, but any volunteer, academic, or project-based work is a plus.
