Job Description:

• Develop the business plan, business strategy, and financial modelling 
• Develop the operational plan and budget plan for the companies by working with all heads of department and top management
• Develop the KPIs and performance framework for the companies
• Support the companies in developing the business performance review
• Identify the investment opportunities to grow MJQE Group 
• Provide the strategic direction to grow MJQE Group
• Assist with managing and executing the overall companywide project functions
• Assist with developing, managing, and providing policy direction to assigned functional areas, 
• Directs the establishment of goals, major priorities, and advise in the development of strategies and resolution of major problems for projects assigned,
• Monitor, evaluate, and manage project performance against goals and take necessary action to address deviations, 
• Prepare, monitor, and present managerial and policy issues with recommendations on matters related to the project plans, design, and implementation
• Direct the execution of studies, investigations, and analyses of project issues including reports of findings and corrective action recommendations 
• Performs financial and business analysis to examine the data of internal or external clients and use their findings to make recommendations about business decisions
• Provides overall direction and control of the direct supervision team
• Oversee cost estimates, staffing plans, and schedules; and establish and maintain effective business and working relationships with the respective departments/units under direct management
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of company operations with the objective of building infrastructure, growing the business and increasing profitability
• Ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, Business, Economics, ACCA / CFA is preferable
• At least 8 years of experience in project planning or managing role.
• Proven experience in business plan and financial projection, financial analysis, business strategy, operational plan, budget plan, and management
• Ability to construct and analyst financial reports and business reports 
• Excellent skills with financial and business acumen 
• Ability to advise/guide the management team to develop the operational plan and budget plan
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• General overview knowledge of project management software
• Ability to provide leadership to a team
• Ability to work on tight schedules and deliver within the required time.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments to provide project feedback to various stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
• Employee development and performance management skills.
