Job Description:
• Implement HR planning strategies with the line manager by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
• Provide day-to-day general support, operations, and consultations in the scope of HR to staff based on internal regulations, HR policies, and procedures.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in the province in order to ensure implementations are fully complied with the central policies.
• Hire required headcounts as per assigned campus and support for the recruitment and selection process following the Recruitment and • Selection Policy and Procedure. Make sure staff recruitment and selection follow the agreed timeline, deadline, and expected results.
• Coordinate with heads of departments, line managers, and employees for job analysis and ensure up-to-date job descriptions for all positions.
• Lead and provide support for the processes of staff onboard and offboard.
• Enforce the implementation of performance management and make sure KPIs for all positions are evaluated appropriately and follow timelines.
• Assist with payroll administration and benefits, and make sure the supporting and processing of the payroll and benefits with the C&B team are completed within the assigned timeline. Support and facilitate labor compliance tasks based on the assigned campus/province.
• Handle workplace issues such as disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities.
• Assist in conducting a training need analysis survey to design appropriate training master plans, modules, and programs to ensure the activities designed are helpful for improving employees’ skills, abilities, and knowledge.
• Handle or support staff induction, orientation, and required training based on assigned timelines and arranged schedules.
• Maintain and update files on employee records and legal documents with efficiency and confidentiality,
• Keep track of staff leave records, training needs, staff movement information, and campus/ organizational structure in time.
• Handle and provide advisory on staff issues and disciplinary action as needed.
• Act as a key player for company events such as kick-off parties, family days, and the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR).
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
• Educated to bachelor's degree level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a HR Officer or similar role
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
• Attention to detail in the Application Tracking Database
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
