Job Description:
• Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and objectives
• Coordinate and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify and vet potential KOLs based on their relevance to the target audience and brand values
• Build and maintain relationships with External KOLs to secure their participation in campaigns
• Develop and manage KOL briefs, outlining campaign objectives, expectations, and deliverables
• Manage the production of KOL-generated content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Negotiate and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring the best possible value for clients' budgets
• Track and report on ad spend and campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track and measure the performance of Internal KOL campaigns to assess their effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on the latest KOL marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends, technologies, and best practices
• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the agency's overall media strategy.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any closely related fields
• At 5+ years of experience in media planning, agency, advertising.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns
• Expertise in various media channels, including traditional, digital, and social media
• Experience working with KOLs and influencer marketing campaigns
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
