Job Description:

• Helped arrangement of inventory control and inventory record accuracy
• Reported maintaining optimal levels of stock to ensure stock safety level for IB
• Performed inventory counting are completed regularly and in a timely manner
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.…
• Checked the quality and counted all the items when received stock from supplier
• Stamped and singed on the Invoice and make a copy keep them in folder for record
• Entry all received items into System and make sure all the details has been entering correctly (quantity and cost)
• Transfer all the items to requestor on System and informed the requestor to confirmed if everything corrects, signed on the Good Received Note and return it back to Warehouse
• Prepare monthly stock counting report
• Checked and verified all the stock variances 
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly task list and send to line manager
• Perform other related duties as requested
• Deliver the goods by three-wheeler to Campus
• Have driver license type A
• Deliver goods following on request
• Good communicate with Campus staff
• Make sure the three-wheeler has gasoline ready for use
• Records distance and repair three-wheeler on time
• Other tasks assigned line manager.

 

Job Requirements:

• High school degree above in business administration, logistic or related fields is required.
• Must have at least 2 years inventory control management and supervisory experience
• Microsoft Office skills includes: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Database concepts
• Shows the ability to work well under pressure and very tight schedule
• Solid knowledge in inventory management related areas and should be familiar with the inventory management system.
• Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to develop and maintain effective relations with the staff members by extending the necessary help and support will prove to be advantageous.
• Project management skills, investigative nature, advanced math and technical skills would beneficial
• The ability to effectively manage the subordinates, supervise them, plan, organize and control the work flow in a team environment
• Good organization and business administration skills, attention to detail, willingness to improve, learn and adapt in accordance with the modern practice methods.
