Job Description

. Plan, prepare and deliver good lessons and instruction appropriate to the needs of students’ knowledge
. Be caring, fair and committed to the best interest of students
. Assess, record and report on the development of students’ achievement and behavior
. Cooperate with other related staff to ensure the best interest and improvement of the students
. Communicate effectively with the parents of the students as needed
. Participate in school events and workshops prepared by the school
. Continue personal and professional development of subject knowledge and teaching methods
. Take part in the development of the ESL quality and school as a whole
. Uphold all school policies effectively and efficiently
. Act with honesty and integrity in all aspect of the work
. Be a good school representative and ambassador
. Be fair, firm but friendly
. Complete administrative tasks as defined and by set deadlines.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor Degree or at least a senior in education in language teaching or related fields
. 2 years of teaching experience
. Positive working attitude and able to work as team
. Willing to take on new challenges and to develop one’s self
. Experience in teaching children is a good plus
