Job Description:
• Manage Daily operation and Customer Services
• Control monthly timesheet, AL and SL
• Control and up to date all of the form
• Arrange the meeting, and taking minutes in every meeting
• Support staff, customer and student opinion survey of AIS and Aii
• Support input result score of Aii
• Control letter in/out to relevant department
• Process of stamping all the document
• Check and manage meeting room, testing room, interview room and office
• Purchase order and request
• Manage information board.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Management, Education or other related fields.
• Administrative Courses
• Administrative and Organizational Skills
• Be able record and report effectively.
• Problem shooting skills with excellent customer services in mind
• Experienced dealing with administrative affairs in school or education fields
• Be able to make resource allocation and leading dynamic team
• Be able to shape the complicated process and workflow to meet result-based environment.
