Job Description
Academics
- Be responsible for collecting, compiling and maintaining documents, continuing to communicate and collaborate well with all generations of alumni.
- Work directly with President and Principals in charge by campus.
- Prepare, implement plan, monitor the implementation plan, correct the shortcomings and re-implement.
- Find sponsorship and request budget for the events.
- Coordinate and arranging processes with alumni.
- Be a good ambassador between school and alumni.
- Submit monthly report to vice president and president.
- Find sponsorship partner for all AIS alumni member.
- Promote alumni program on Social Media, Face book, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram Chanel, Link In and so on.
- Develop Short-Term and Long- term strategic plans.
- Collaborate with Head Principals to collect all alumni data for conducting a sharing session about benefit for alumni.
- Keep contact with all alumni and collaborate with them to share their experiences to next generations.
- As an advisor of AIS Student Council (AISSC), advice, give comment, and coordinate with AISSC to make the event running smoothly.
Management
- Empower and ensure that the school committee meets the desired standards.
- Maintain accurate staff records.
- Assist the school committee in the set-up of the center and ensure all resources are kept properly.
- Organize meetings, trainings and workshops on request. These might include an overview to the AIS academic program, current teaching methodology refreshers and develop the new program.
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Education or related field
- 3+ years of management experiences in education and related fields
- Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to multi-task
- Ability to patiently work with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views
- An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile and a can-do attitude
- Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite, Google Apps and proficient with Social Media
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong administrative, organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
