Job Description

Academics

  1. Be responsible for collecting, compiling and maintaining documents, continuing to communicate and collaborate well with all generations of alumni.
  2. Work directly with President and Principals in charge by campus.
  3. Prepare, implement plan, monitor the implementation plan, correct the shortcomings and re-implement.
  4. Find sponsorship and request budget for the events.
  5. Coordinate and arranging processes with alumni.
  6. Be a good ambassador between school and alumni.
  7. Submit monthly report to vice president and president.
  8. Find sponsorship partner for all AIS alumni member.
  9. Promote alumni program on Social Media, Face book, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram Chanel, Link In and so on.
  10. Develop Short-Term and Long- term strategic plans.
  11. Collaborate with Head Principals to collect all alumni data for conducting a sharing session about benefit for alumni.
  12. Keep contact with all alumni and collaborate with them to share their experiences to next generations.
  13. As an advisor of AIS Student Council (AISSC), advice, give comment, and coordinate with AISSC to make the event running smoothly.

Management

  1. Empower and ensure that the school committee meets the desired standards.
  2. Maintain accurate staff records.
  3. Assist the school committee in the set-up of the center and ensure all resources are kept properly.
  4. Organize meetings, trainings and workshops on request. These might include an overview to the AIS academic program, current teaching methodology refreshers and develop the new program.

Job Requirements

  • Master degree in Education or related field
  • 3+ years of management experiences in education and related fields
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to patiently work with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, religious views
  • An approachable and friendly spirit, easy to smile and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent computer skills with the MS Office Suite, Google Apps and proficient with Social Media
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Strong administrative, organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
