Job Description:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, 3D modeling and detail drawing. 
• Prepare and review architectural plans, specification and documentation. 
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Perform concept design studies, sketch plan and criteria/facilities program for projects as required.
• Collaborates and energize the design team to develop solutions to design issues.
• Using computer programs such as AutoCAD architecture, Revit, Sketch up pro, V-Ray, Plug-in, Adobe creative suites.
• Prepare report and correspondence.
• Select and propose materials to meet design standard.
• Produce shop drawings for project as required.
• Produce real 3D rendering or sketch up for project as required.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree of Architect related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a site supervisor related to own labor manage and willing to work overtime.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up and MS Office.
• Able to read and understand technical and construction drawings.
