Job Description:
• Provide truthful, accurate, complete, and timely information to all members of the Board of Directors.
• Arrange and organize board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, record minutes of the meetings and proper documentation.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Board of Directors and senior officers.
• Facilitate effective communication between the Board of Directors and senior officers to support informed decision-making.
• Support working process of BOD and board committees.
• Attend all board meetings, shareholders’ meetings, and board committees’ meetings.
• Keep up-to-date on the change of laws and regulations that may affect BOD’s decision and operations
• Keep all information confidential prior to its disclosure
• Carry out any other task assigned by Board of Directors.
Job Requirements:
• Business Administration
• Law (LLB)
• Finance or Accounting
• Corporate Governance & Compliance
• Public Administration
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Liaison between board, shareholders, and regulators
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of financial statements and audits
• Organizational & Administrative Skills.
