Job Description
• Greet visitors and identify and assess customer’s needs.
• Provide basic information on SOGO-related services and products.
• Answer calls and promptly respond to inquiries via phone or message.
• Book meeting rooms, schedule appointments (can be interview or testing dates) with appropriate individuals and take messages.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
• Manage database entry and customer files.
• Maintain contact list.
• Prepare and monitor invoices.
• Maintain confidential files.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit;
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
• A current university student or fresh graduate in any field.
• No experience is required but some working experience is preferred.
• Good English and Khmer communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Flexible and good at initiation.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good attitude, honesty, and high accountability for the tasks.
