Job Description:

• Help the supervisor deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
• Resolve daily HR issues with line managers and department heads.
• Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements to help leaders ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance or consultation to related departments and employees on HR processes and HR policies. 
• Manages individual employee relation cases, and forms incident reports through final disposition. Ensure all cases are properly documented and will be responsible for issuing complete reports and recommendations to the Line Manager.
• Support the Employee Relations Supervisor to implement, and analyze employee relations metrics to identify and improve areas that will improve employee engagement, turnover, and work environment.  
• Work with the Employee Relations Supervisor to provide employee services and counseling including conflict resolution among staff, career development, disciplinary actions, and sports and social activities for staff. 
• Work with the compensation and benefits team to calculate the last pay for some cases that lead to employment termination.
Monitor the implementation of policies of the company and propose ideas for improvement. 
• Initiate employee relations programs such as team building activities, staff parties, and other social activities to increase the favorable working culture in the Company.
• For some cases of staff issues, work or cooperate with authority. 
• Work with management and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
• Keep tracking cases of staff issues, and analyze working condition improvement. 
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager/Immediate Superior.

 

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is desirable, a Business Administration Degree or a relevant discipline. 
• 2 years experience with Compliance or related fields. 
• Broader knowledge of the general HR procedures and processes
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Good interpersonal skills.
• An effective Team player.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure 
• Sound knowledge of Cambodia's Labor Law Compliance.
