Job Description:
• Perform highly responsible duties as confidential secretary to an Executive to an Executive committee level, relieving the administrator of a variety of secretarial and administrative details; plan, coordinate and coordinate flow of communications for the assigned administrator; maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
• Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments.
• Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
• Conduct quality control, and prioritize and route incoming correspondence.
• Prepare presentations and other reports, including compiling, editing, and proofreading.
• Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
• Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
• Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
• Attending meeting and keep minutes.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and related skill.
• At least 5 years of experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting executives.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work on tight schedules and deliver within the required time.
• Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
• Able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
