Job Description:
• Sales Operation Implementation
- Welcoming all Customers who come to visit and to get service from IB store
- Playing a role as “Sale” at counter to provide service to customers
- Making sure that Sale Operation within POS is totally correct posting
- Checking & Verifying all “Daily Sale Receipt”, by making sure that it is correct before submitting to Supervisor
- Performing “Daily”, “Weekly”, and “Monthly” Tasks which were assigned by Supervisor
- Executing all store’s daily operations to ensure positive working productivity
- Answering calls from clients who asks for inquiries from IB store like products, and service
- Daily Cash floating control
• Customer Service Quality Control, and Complaints Resolution Offered
- Joining in collecting all Customers complaints from internal & external customers of IB
- Handling effectively to solve “Customer Complaints” from customers on site
• Inventory Controlled and School Packages Preparation
- Fully Responsible for doing “physical inventory counting” on regular basis required by or Supervisor / Assistant Operation Manager
- Executing planning assigned by Senior Officer/Supervisor to organize schools package before New Terms, and New Semester started
- Supporting Supervisor to correctly & properly allocate inside IB internal warehouse
- Putting corrected counting QTY on stock counting card inside internal IB warehouse
• Reporting Preparation and Summiting
- Doing all types of reports like (1) Sale Reports, (2) Cash Collection, (3) Inventory Physical Counting, and (4) Cash Float Reports
- Submitted the report on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly as required by Supervisor or Assistant Operation Manager pretty on time
- Admin. Tasks Planning
- Daily tightly monitoring IB store internal environment like cleaning & tidiness etc.
- Assisting in ensuring that admin. materials like Printing paper, Printing Ink etc. are available for using with individual store
- Making sure that all Stores documents are properly filling and stores
• Other tasks assigned line manager/Company.
Job Requirements:
• High School/Bachelor’ s degree in business management or any closely related fields
• At least 01 years’ working experience indoor sale or Customer Service
• Basic Knowledge of Accounting Skill, especially Inventory Management
• Result and customer-service oriented
• Committed and responsible team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills essential
• Good organizational skills and ability to work well with other department
• Must have knowledge of retail operating principles, cashiering, budgeting, management principle, inventory and accounting
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and have strong multi-tasking skills, excellent oral communication skills and the ability to perform consistently, even under pressure
• Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
• Employee development and performance management skills.
