Job Description

• Establish marketing process flow, objectives, and plans to increase market share and profitability of products and/or services
• Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of MJQ products/services
• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
• Plan and oversee the organization’s all MJQ marketing activities for both offline and online campaigns.
• Communicate and manage outside advertising agencies on outsourced campaigns
• Work with copywriters and designers and oversee copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials
• Analyze and recommend pricing strategy for the organization which results in increased market share per business unit.
• Achieve above-average share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy
• Ensure effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets
• Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, education policy, and product knowledge in conjunction with the R&D team to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Proposed changes (if needed) in the current structure and organization of the marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities
• Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts
• Prepare marketing activity and performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and consumer marketing.
• Leading and executing successful consumer campaigns through execution of ATL/BTL/TTL standard principles
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually, from both visual and content standpoints is needed. Identifying and executing the most compelling ways to achieve business objectives through outstanding creative ability.
• GMM must have strength in creativity, analytics, deductive reasoning, and market trends awareness in previous experiences.
• The ability to set clearly defined processes, targets, and goals while being adaptable has been conveyed in prior work.
• English and Khmer fluency (written and oral)
• Well-adapted to and/or knowledge of graphic design and video production software
• Leadership skills are imperative and must have ability to manage, supervise, discipline staff under he/she jurisdiction
• Proactiveness is required and must have innate sense of assigned project urgency
• Digital media aptitude is compulsory, he/she must understand metrics, definitions, and online planning and buying methodology and execution.
• Need to be equipped with problem solving abilities either through resourcefulness or independent cognitive ability.
