Job Description

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers.
• Provide customer inquiries correspondence.
• Create and review documents such as contracts, invoices, and receipts.
• Manage office filing systems and maintain records.
• Arrange schedule/appointment with customers, data entry, and other sales duties as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assisting with other projects when needed.
• Maintaining existing customers and develop more customers to generate maximum revenue.
• Planning, implementing and monitoring on digital sales reinforcement.
• Communicating with line manager to coordinate agreement signings, payments, credit offer, consignment, and other tasks related to its department unit.
• Liaise with relevant department to ensure process of income transfer.
• Providing administrative support to property managers, line manager/supervisor and team by preparing weekly and monthly report regularly.
• Coordinating with management on customer’s concerns or complaints.
• Be aware or search for book celebration or exhibition day to facilitate an opportunity for participation.
• Regularly check and monitor available product to ensure consistent availability.
• Coordinating & Joining MKT events to promote books.
• Facilitating with in house writing & print house to print new book.
• Handling sale on credit collection on time based on mutual agreement with customers.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business administration, or related field.
• knowledge of sales management process, standards, and industry procedures.
• Proficiency English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• At least 1 years of work experience in sales jobs and/ or relevant field experience
• Strong track record of success within sales skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• A professional appearance.
