Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily operations of student health center (SHC) of all Campuses and ensure the operations are maintained with high effectiveness.
• Develop and execute the business strategy plan in order to promote service and products of student health center as well as to expand the existing businesses.
•​ Review daily and monthly sales, profit and loss statement and come up with strategic plans for recommendation.
•​​​ Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for the SHC and reinforce the implementation.
•​ Ensure each staff follows standard operating procedures of SHC and the Company.
•​ Prepare and manage budget of SHC for all campuses.
• Manage and lead SHC department to align with the business’ objective.
• Manage and provide training to Nurses, Physicians, and all SHC staff to ensure productivities are maximized.
• Manage medicine and laboratory’s inventory to ensure with high effectiveness.
• Perform routine examinations of patients and suggest treatments based on findings.
• Perform other related tasks the required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Medicine.
• At least 5 years working experience as a medical doctor.
• Knowledge in financial management and business management.
• Proficient at patient charting and knowledgeable in relevant charting computer programs.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, management and peers.
• Excellent management skills.
• Adept computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ​Impeccable presentation skills as a way of enhancing the success of the facility.
• Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
•​ A profound understanding of mathematics, biology, and anatomy
• Ability to manage the healthcare facility’s budget.
