Job Description

• In-depth awareness of Basic in nursing assessment, nursing practice, nursing procedure and patient care plan.
• Monitoring patient’s vital sign (pulse, temperature, respiratory rate and blood pressure, levels of patients’ condition.
• Collect all kind of specimen for lab.
• Admissions patient, observation and acknowledgement of how to write nursing note (SAOP).
• Collect information from patient and write down in patient’s chart.
• Entry data collection from patient into the database system.
• Take care of patients under the supervision of a doctor and Registered Nurse.
• Administering oral Medications, injections as suggested by the physician.
• Assisted the nurses and physicians in carrying out treatments.
• Assisted the nurses and physicians to do procedures (Minor surgery, wound dressing etc.,).
• The basic requirements for internship nurse include knowledge of software program that is commonly used in clinical practices.
• Following duties, evaluating all practices of Nursing Act.
• Providing healthcare to patients.
• Preparing patient chart, assessing patient recovery, helping patient.
• Nurse Interns are normally final year nursing students.
