Job Description

• Understand business processes of area under responsibilities;
• Work closely with internal audit management and internal audit staff to set specification for new working program;
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share/ brainstorm ideas;
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various parties and producing useful working program;
• Developing project plans, managing projects, and monitoring performance;
• Design creative formats according to specifications;
• Write high quality working program complete within deadlines;
• Ensuring solution meet internal audit objectives and requirements;
• Use resources and maintaining cost efficiency;
• Perform testing before launch;
• Evaluate existing working programs to reprogram, update and add new features;
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to internal audit staff;
• Provide training to the team members when deem necessary, provide effective coaching to ensure effective knowledge exchange and internal audit quality in its process and output
• Ensure that all working practices at all stages are in line with the approved Internal Audit Policies in term of quality control procedures, sampling procedures, audit testing procedures etc;
• Other tasks assigned by the IAD/Supervisor.

Job requirement

• University degree in banking/finance, accounting, business or economics;
• At least two years of experiences in developing internal audit working program;
• Good understanding of Internal Control;
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Competency in computer skill (Advance excel, pivot tables, VBA, etc.);
• Good written and spoken English, as well as communication and interpersonal skills;
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision;
• Strong ethical standard and high levels of integrity;
• Strong organizational skill;
• Communication skills.
