Job Description

• Preparation of individual audit planning – data collection, define key risk concerns, compile activities chart, etc;
• Taking lead of the individual internal audit team in each audit;
• Conduct investigations of fraud, embezzlement, misconduct;
• During the investigative process, provide effective recommendations to identified issues;
• Preparation of the consolidated internal audit reports;
• Carry out the vision and mission of investigation audit to prevent, detect, and investigate issues of fraud and financial abuse within the company;
• Identify, and clearly define, investigation issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls, business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed;
• Promote a zero-tolerance control environment where fraud or noncompliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal;
• Assist to design working program and working paper to implement investigative audit effectively;
• Overseeing the investigation planning and audit reporting writing;
• Conduct special investigation and high-profile reviews as requested by Board of Director.
• Receive special training in fraud;
• Focus on functions at MJQE and its subsidiary l such as Aii, Ais, Ais Full Day Program International School, Cisco Network Academy, ICES Cambodia, MMN, TESOL and so on.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Senior Manager/Director.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in banking/finance, accounting, business or economics, or equivalent experience;
• At least two years of experience in internal audit;
• Good understanding of internal control and practices;
• Ability to write timely, clear and concise reports on the findings;
• Ability to handle complex transaction investigations;
• Ability to plan your work, use your initiative and meet deadlines;
•​ Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team;
• Strong ethical standard and high levels of integrity;
• Strong organizational skill
• Strong advance excel skill.
