Job Description

. In charge of overall administrative affairs, procedures, internal rules & regulations and policies.
. Administer contracts and highly confidential documents.
. Archive management and make sure all company and school documents are properly filed.
. Work very closely with academic teams to support all the functions of Aii Language Center and American Intercon School in order to reach the academic goals/missions.
. Make sure all the information related to Administration Department is cascaded to relevant staff in an effective way.
. Ensuring the placement test proctor and interviewers cooperates well to provide the services to students and parents.
. Overseeing Information Office to make sure that customers are satisfied with the providing services.
. In charge of students’ insurance and claims procedures.
. Ensuring a proper arrangement on the student’s opinion survey procedures, Aii & AIS, to meet requirements from both Campus Director and Head Principal.
. Overseeing the students services such as; reference, transcripts, recommendation letter and other official letters, ensuring the services are delivered on timely manner.
. School Event Management.
. Staff Orientation and Coaching.
. Lead, manage and develop administrative procedures, tasks and employees.
. Promote and implement the goals and objectives of MJQE.
. Release memo and announcement to the relevant department.
. Ensuring that all policies of MJQE are well-informed to staff and ensure the best practices.
. Review staff performance.
. Report to Administration Director.
. Termly update staff details and send to Office of the Founder, Chairman and CEO.
. Provide monthly sick leave and annual leave report to HR Department.
. Stamping on classified documents.
. Provide services to customers and respond to their enquiries.
. Provide the necessary support to all departments under MJQE.
. Read and response term report and suggestions from internal staff or crossed-department.
– Hold monthly meeting with administrative employees.
. Appropriately file all documents and make sure it’s easily accessible.
. Check the working hour and break time of each employee.
. Work with Head of Building Campus to promote the safety and beauty of the building.
. In charge of auditorium and conference room booking and rental. Make sure relevant departments are well-informed to fully support the events.
. Attend necessary meetings.
. Conduct necessary trainings for staff capacity building.
. Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

. Bachelor/Master Degree from accredited Universities/Colleges in Management, Business Administration, English or other related field.
. Attending relevant administration or organizational skills training.
. At least three-years experiences and knowledge in management of Administration and Customer Services
. Be able to manage dynamic team to each result-oriented environment
. Good verbal and written skills in Khmer and English
. Good Administration and Organizational Skills
. Able to understand the customers’ need and satisfaction
. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet & Email…)
. Can-do attitude, self-confidence, firm stance and flexibility
. Be able to work under pressure
