Job Description
  • Process the new student placement test, invigilate, mark the test and contact the interviewer to conduct the interview.
  • Record and process meeting minutes and other documents for all departments when required.
  • Input students’ results into database system and commit to human-error-free work.
  • Maintaining student’s file and properly keep all documents including application forms, receipts and other necessary documents are kept safely, yet easily accessible when needed.
  • Move Aii students who have paid school fee for semester or year to the next term.
  • Ensure the staff and student ID cards are issued on time and record and report of ID card issuance including broken ID card for Administration Supervisor (AS). Frequently check with warehouse about ID card and ensure it must not run out of stock.
  • Be in charge of organizing events either inside or outside the organization/school. Make sure proper checklist of items used in each event are recorded and return back to stock when the event’s finished.
  • Conduct the student’s opinion survey of American Intercon School.
  • Conduct the student’s opinion survey of Aii Language Center.

  • Check and update Office’s stationary and inventory to make sure that they are able to use or replace or lose or buy new.
  • Check and update Office’s Fixed Asset to make sure that they have stayed at the same place or moved out.
  • Maintaining student’s file and properly keep all documents including application forms, receipts and other necessary documents are kept safely, yet easily accessible when needed.
  • Ensuring the memo, poster, and announcement are posted on the bulletin board regularly.
  • Stamping on documents, letter to parents, certificates and other official documents.
  • Printing monthly attendance sheet for Aii at the end of the month.
  • Design for internal use.
  • And other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Education or other related fields.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills
  • Experienced in dealing with administrative affairs in school or education field
  • Be able to use office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-mail.
  • Be able to communicate with team and can complete work with tight timelines and multiple deadlines.
