Job Description

– Record history of Student Affairs Office (SAO).
– Draft and process to publish the forms and documents related SAO.
– Control Staff Detail, AL & SL of SAO.
– Manage the tardiness of SAO’s staff.
– Designs, develops, coordinates, and presents a wide range of workshops, conferences, training sessions, and retreats for SAO staff.
– Issue Thank You Letter to material-found staff.
– Compile the suggestions and complaints for all campuses by term and send to FCCEO.
– Evaluate staff probation, set staff’s KPI and yearly appraisal.
– Daft and update SOP and policies of SAO.
– Lead monthly meeting of SAO.
– Develops, adopts, enforces, oversees, and/or implements policies and procedures on a range of student affairs issues.
– Supervises personnel which typically includes recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
– Problem solving to all staff under supervision.
– Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
– Assists with applicable internal and external audits of SAO.
– Develops and facilitates information sessions, presentations, and workshops related to assigned area of SAO.
– Develops, plans, implements, and administers organizational goals and objectives for SAO.
– Advises and responds to questions from school committees (Aii & AIS), departments, students and students ’parents regarding complex issues or policies.
– Participates in developing and administering division budget in SAO; implements and allocates resources following budget approval; approves expenditures

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalence
– Computer knowledge skills
– Over 2 years in management
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
– Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
– Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
– Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
– Ability to analyse and solve problems.
– Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate a range of special events.
– Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
