Job Description

• Manage and oversee the creative department, including graphic designers, web developers, content writers, videographers, photographers, and other creative professionals
• Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, sales, academic, business units, etc.) to understand the objectives and requirements of each project and ensure that the creative output aligns with the brand identity and vision of Mengly J. Quach Education
• Develop creative briefs and strategies for various campaigns and initiatives, such as website design, social media content, newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, videos, podcasts, etc.
• Review and approve all creative materials before they are published or distributed to ensure that they meet the quality standards and guidelines of Mengly J. Quach Education
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the creative campaigns and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Manage the budget and timeline of each project and ensure that they are delivered on time and within scope
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the creative industry and incorporate them into the creative work of Mengly J. Quach Education
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the creative team members and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the department
• Proposed changes (if needed) in current structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities
• Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts
• Prepare marketing activity and performance reports by monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a creative field, Marketing, such as fine arts, graphic design, advertising, communication or related
• At least 2 years of experience in a creative management role or a similar position
• Proven portfolio of creative work that demonstrates originality, creativity, and excellence
• Excellent knowledge of design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to deadlines
• Ability to think strategically and creatively and solve problems
• Passionate about education and social impact.
