Job Description

• Community management (user response) for assigned channels and pages.
• Implement an organization’s social media strategy, developing brand awareness through media planning and buying strategies across all main channels (FB, IG, LI, YT, TT, TG)
• Lead teams that create and publish content and maintain relationships with user communities on multiple platforms
• Planning digital marketing campaigns social media and display advertising
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
• Create, curate, and manage any and all published content (static images, video, etc.)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and apps
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and manage payment with the right results
• Knowing up-to-date policies of all social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager or head of department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Certification on Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or related fields
• Must possess an analytical mindset with a natural tendency to improve all tasks and duties.
• 2+ years of experience working in the digital media buying & planning space
• Hands-on expertise with DSPs (DV360, Google Ads, TTD, etc) and Media Buying Optimization platforms.
• Proficient user of digital ad trafficking tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Various Digital Analytics Software and Programs
• Experience with various media buying strategies; self-service, managed service, partner negotiations
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional attired and articulate communications, both written and verbal are required
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions both from external or internal sources.
