Job Description:
Project Coordination:
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing and communications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a liaison between different teams (Media Production, Event Planning, Public Relations) to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Sponsorship Sales and Management:
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute sponsorship
agreements, ensuring all deliverables and benefits are fulfilled.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and partners, providing updates, reports, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in follow-up activities with sponsors, including gathering feedback and discussing potential future partnerships.
Event Support:
• Collaborate with the Event Planning team to support the planning and execution of AIS events, including logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination.
• Assist in developing promotional materials and content to attract attendees and sponsors to AIS events.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure a smooth experience for
participants, sponsors, and partners.
Public Relations Support:
• Work with the AIS News Reporter to develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Assist in managing relationships with media outlets and coordinating media coverage for AIS events.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the Media Production team to create marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content, that aligns with event and sponsorship goals.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and
communication channels.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, sponsorship sales, event success, and public relations activities for the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related
field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, event coordination, project
management, or administrative support.
• Moderate proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports in English.
• Experience in transcription and summarizing content from meetings, interviews, or events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite and/or social media platforms).
