Job Description:

• A focal point of front desk contact to provide cooling services to student, and guardian for academic and non-academic services and information: 
  • Issue the permission form (absent, tardiness, misconduct, school bus leaves out, leave school early) to ensure it correct, and accurate information by following SOP. 
  • ID Card Issuance for current students and distribution all student by term and academic year with corporate with teacher in charge to ensure all the student in campus received update ID card. 
  • Store, and keeping the student lost and found to ensure school is the safe place for staffs and students and issues appreciate letter to the picker base on guideline accordingly. 
  • Received to update information of transcript and certificate re-correction, student and family profile, student movement (transfer in and out) from campus to other and receiving the documents relate academic matter by working closely with head of Secretary, or school administration. 
  •  He/She/She represents to receiving complain and suggestion from students, guardian of the services and produce the weekly report to HP/CD. 
  • Be focal point to provide school program information, and update of students between school and parents for any of immediate or sensitive cases.
• Be front desk to received guardian materials to send to their child and to ensure it is delivered to them. Provide physical and basic mental health support specifically involving first aid support, referral students’ illness, accidents, phycology awareness, and counselling services, and student insurance procedure.
  • Provide First Aid support in emergency accidents of students and be a focal point contact to the parent. 
  • Coordinate and referral student to receive a treatment immediately base parents’ consent. 
Carried up student counselling/referral to school counsellor of student tardiness, school misconduct by following counselling steps and guideline.
• Monitor and take action for student disciplinary issues and miscode of conduct.
  • Coordinate meeting with students’ wrong discipline and misconduct, much absent in the class to find solution, and give them the official warming letter by corporate with discipline committee and school counsellor.  
  • Invite students to take measurement on school bus service escape to take warming letter, advise base on SOP accordingly.
• Coordinate and collaborate with school bus services, lost parking lot letter.
  • Manage student use school bus service for students call for absent, permission to do not use bus service, and prepare student list to use lunch program, and inform to all students.
  • Manage and issues permission for student/staff lost the vehicle parking lots by corporate with security guard.
• Coordinate to register on students’ scholarship register, club, groups, or school events.
  • Provide information about scholarship opportunity, and guide of how to fill application forms, track, and record summited on time to school academic 
  • Be representative to received register application of school events/club/activities and release the report and make sure that that accurate information, requirement.
• Oversee office management/arrangement to ensure it is a higher standard front desk office.
  • Manage stock count of any daily use of forms, office materials and other school relate forms to ensure that is have in stock for daily operate. 
  • To ensure office is clean, good smell, and good environments standard. 
  • To ensure the decorated, nature view have been set up every termly.   
• Reporting, student data management and audit complaint respond.
  • Manage global student movement list to ensure it is updated, and accurate tracking manner. 
  • Produce daily report, weekly complain & Suggestion, termly, monthly report of student tardiness, misconduct, counselling, student accidents, sickness report and other reports requirement then summit to line manager, Campus Director or Head Principal by following the report workflow accordingly. 
  • Keep track, and any record accurately of any report/record list to support for auditing requirement base on procedure.
  • Keep filling the report, and make sure those have in soft/ and hard storing and then upload to Data Centre System.  
  • Attend the any relevance meeting that invited by campus, or assigned by manager. 
  • Play as a key role to collect, finalize all type of report then summit to manager.
• Other duties assign by manager/supervisor
  • Assist to with manager to develop/update workflow, SOP or any system Student Affairs Office relevance system required. 
  • Support other new members to provide technical skill orientation support.   
  • Represent to attend the relevance business meeting assigned by manager.
  • Other assignment is assigned by manager.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, or Master Degree is preferring in social science, education management, social work, psychology, education, management or other relate filed and extensive of relevance training and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge and understanding of general education system in Cambodia.
• Understand the pre-school, kindergarten, primary school, and higher school system in Cambodia is prefer, understanding non-academic school support function role, and responsibility.
• Intermediate competency in English (oral and written)
• Effective Communication, Facilitation, and coordinate 
• Strong of using of ICT skill Microsoft (Word, Excel, power point, database system, and Google product is plus)
• Proven experience in education sectors in Cambodia within the various of organization/school especially on student or customers services, school administration support, school counsellor, or relevance job overall objectives and proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high-pressure environment with significant timeline pressures. successful record of maintaining and sustaining a cohesive relationship with academic and non-academic and diversity team.
